Breakup to Breakthrough Coaching
You can find
your way back.
Twelve weeks of 1:1 work to calm the chaos, heal the patterns underneath, and come back to yourself — whether you want to save what you had or finally move on.
Currently taking 5 clients in July
Sound familiar?
- You've told them everything. You've apologized. You've explained.
- Nothing is working — and they seem to be getting further away.
- You're tired of being your own therapist at 2 a.m.
You're not stuck because you're weak. You're stuck because nobody gave you the actual mechanism.
What's inside
Twelve weeks. One framework. A real plan.
A structured 12-week container with 8 one-on-one sessions — weekly while things are heaviest, every other week as you find your feet — plus the full Renewal Framework and direct access when you need it most.
-
8 one-on-one sessions across 12 weeks
Weekly for the first month while things are heaviest, then every other week as you get steadier. 60 minutes each, recorded if you want to revisit them later.
-
Direct access between sessions
Voice notes and messages when you're spiraling at 2 a.m. and need a hand right now.
-
The Renewal Framework workbook
The full 5-step system from the book, broken into the actual exercises clients walk through week by week.
-
Lifetime access to the recorded program
Every framework, every breakdown, every tool — yours to revisit any time the spiral comes back.
The Renewal Framework
The five steps every client walks.
Same path whether your goal is reconciliation or peace. The order matters. Skipping a step is what keeps people stuck.
-
01
Use no contact effectively
Not as punishment. As the only thing that actually gives you — and the relationship — oxygen.
-
02
Stabilize the spiral
Specific tools to interrupt the 2 a.m. doom-scroll, the obsessive replay, the panic that won't quit.
-
03
Heal your attachment patterns
Anxious, avoidant, or somewhere in between — understanding why you react the way you do is what changes everything.
-
04
Rebuild your sense of self
Not a performance. A real identity shift, so you don't end up here again with the next person.
-
05
Create peace — no matter what your ex decides
The goal isn't just getting them back. It's building a life so good you're okay either way.

From a recent client
"Focusing on the positive aspects of my life, as opposed to the ones that were bringing me down, was exactly what I needed after a breakup. My radar for detecting what I am and am not looking for while dating also significantly improved through working with him. The sense of community with the rest of his clients was invaluable."
Questions I get most
Honest answers, in advance.
Is this just life-coach woo? +
No. The work is built on attachment theory, psychological reactance, and the patterns I've watched across 2,000+ clients. I cite the science where it matters, then I get out of the way and apply it. You won't hear me ask you to manifest anything.
What if my situation is different? +
It's almost certainly not as different as it feels. The patterns are the patterns. Anxious-avoidant dynamics, sunk-cost spirals, the 'one more conversation will fix it' loop — I've watched these play out across every breakup story you can imagine. The five steps work whether you want them back or you need to move on.
What if it doesn't work? +
I won't deliver false hope. On the breakthrough call, if I don't think coaching is the right next step, I'll tell you — and I'll point you somewhere it is. The work isn't magic. But for the people it fits, it works because the framework is sound and we follow it.
How do I know if I'm ready? +
If you're spiraling and you're tired of spiraling, you're ready. If you're trying to figure out whether to fight for it or let it go, you're ready. The breakthrough call is where we figure that out together — no pressure to commit on the call.
Does this work for men and women? +
Yes — and the advice is structurally the same. The patterns of anxious attachment, avoidance, and grief don't break along gender lines. About half my clients are men, about half are women, and both leave with the same framework.
The breakthrough call
45 minutes.
Your story. No false hope.
We talk through where you are, what you've tried, and what would actually help. If coaching is the right next step, I'll lay out the path. If it's not, I'll tell you — and I'll point you somewhere it is.
This work ends one of two ways: you reconnect with a real shot, or you get honest closure and your life back. The only outcome off the table is staying stuck.
