The short version
By using this site or working with me, you agree to these terms. My coaching, books, and tools are here to support you — but they aren't therapy, medical, or legal advice, and I can't guarantee a specific outcome in your relationship or your healing. Be kind, pay for what you buy, and don't copy my work. That's most of it.
Using this site
You're welcome to read, download free resources, and book a call. In exchange, you agree to use the site lawfully, not to interfere with how it runs, and not to scrape, resell, or republish the content as your own. You need to be at least 18 to purchase coaching, courses, or products.
Coaching and content are not therapy
Coaching, courses, the book, and everything on this site are for educational and personal-growth purposes. They are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or medical, psychological, or legal advice. I'm not a licensed therapist or physician. If you're in crisis or need clinical care, please reach out to a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
No guaranteed results
I'll bring everything I have to our work together, and the Renewal Framework has helped thousands of people. But every situation is different, and your results depend on factors outside my control — including your own effort and circumstances. Nothing here is a promise that you'll reconcile, move on by a certain date, or reach any particular result.
Payments and refunds
Prices for coaching, courses, and products are shown at checkout or shared on your call. Payments are processed by trusted providers (including Stripe and Go High Level); by purchasing, you authorize them to charge your chosen method. Specific refund or cancellation terms for each program are shared before you buy — please review them, and reach out if anything is unclear.
Intellectual property
The content, frameworks, workbooks, and materials I create are mine (or licensed to me). When you buy a program, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use those materials for your own growth. Please don't copy, share, resell, or repackage them without my written permission.
Third-party tools and links
This site relies on third-party services — like Kit, JotForm, SalesKick, Stripe, and Go High Level — and may link to other websites. I don't control those services or sites and am not responsible for their content or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or my programs. The decisions you make are your own. If liability is ever found, it won't exceed the amount you paid me for the program in question.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms as the business evolves. When I do, I'll change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
